🚨 Public Advisory – No Open Burning 🚨
The Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services (DFEMS) is advising that ALL OPEN BURNING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED until further notice.
Due to dry conditions, limited water supply, and increased fire risk, any open burning can quickly lead to dangerous wildfires.
This includes:
• Trash burning
• Yard waste burning
• Agricultural burning
• Open pit fires
We urge everyone to:
• Properly dispose of green waste
• Avoid activities that may cause sparks or flames
• Report any signs of fire immediately
