Edwin P. Aldan

Mayor Aldan’s political career began in 2002 when he was first elected as a member of the 9th Tinian Municipal Council. He then continued to gain the trust and confidence of the people of Tinian as he was repeatedly elected to the House of Representatives representing the Municipality of Tinian and Aguiguan in the CNMI Legislature. On November 13, 2018, the people of Tinian elected him to office as the new Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan. He was inaugurated to the position on January 14, 2019. On November 07, 2022, Mayor Edwin P. Aldan was re-elected to serve a second term as the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan.
