PUBLIC NOTICE:
The CNMI Customs and Biosecurity (CBS) Tinian Branch hereby issues this public notice to ensure full awareness and compliance with the following protocols.
Effective immediately, CBS Tinian will strictly enforce all operating hours, clearance requirements, and overtime procedures in accordance with established rules and regulations.

All cargo clearance requests must adhere to the following:
- Regular Clearance Hours:
(refer to attached FY2026 Austerity Public Notice for full schedule) - No Cargo clearance will be conducted after 16:00 hours without prior approval.
- All after-hours, weekend, and holiday clearances will incur overtime charges. These must be coordinated and confirmed with CBS Tinian in advance.
- All flight schedules (charter, cargo, and passenger) must be submitted via email (rk.aldan@dof.gov.mp) at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper coordination with CBS personnel.
Due to operational and staffing limitations, CBS will not accommodate unscheduled or after-hours clearances without proper advance notice and approved overtime arrangements. Any inspection requested after cutoff hours will result in overtime charges.
Your cooperation in complying with these requirements is essential to support the smooth and efficient operation of CBS Tinian’s services.
