LANDFILL OPERATIONS UPDATE
The Office of the Mayor hereby informs the general public that the Tinian Landfill is currently accepting household waste ONLY.
At this time, the landfill will NOT accept the following materials:
• Metal
• Electronics
• Construction and demolition debris
• Lumber
• White goods (e.g., refrigerators, freezers, etc.)
GREEN WASTE SITE
The Green Waste Site will be temporarily closed, effective Saturday, April 25, 2026 until further notice.
DEBRIS MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES
Residents are encouraged to continue cleaning their properties; however, all debris and green waste must be:
• Properly segregated
• Placed and consolidated within a designated area on your property
🚫 Do not place debris:
• Along roadways
• Curbside
• On public property
• In any location that may obstruct roadway access
The Mayor’s Office is currently coordinating debris removal and village pick-up schedules, which will be announced in a separate notice.
