Official Update from the Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority, Office of the Governor & Lt. Governor:
COTA remains activated to support the CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management Operations Center for shelter transportation and other transportation needs during recovery. COTA has transported over 536 shelterees, first responders, and individuals with medical needs.
CURRENT OPERATIONS:
Call-A-Ride Rota (CARR) is fully operational.
Call-A-Ride Saipan (CARS) is operating for essential trips (hemodialysis, prescription refills, clinic visits, and scheduled appointments). Demand Response services are also available for transport to relief and recovery sites.
Call-A-Ride Tinian (CART) is fully operational. Please call (670) 236-2682 to make your reservations.
Fixed Route Blue Line 1B is operational under modified service hours. Operational hours are Sunday-Saturday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. With missing bus stop signs, please raise your hand to flag down our drivers before the bus arrives.
