Red Cross Offering Financial Assistance ‼️
The American Red Cross has financial assistance available for people whose primary home was destroyed or suffered major damage due to Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
Service Delivery Sites:
To apply for financial assistance or talk to a caseworker on Tinian, visit the service delivery site between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Financial Assistance Eligibility:
To be eligible for Red Cross damage-based financial assistance, households must meet the following three requirements:
1. Pre-disaster primary residence (renter or homeowner) in a confirmed disaster-impacted geographic area.
2. Primary residence suffered major damage or was destroyed.
3. Provide proof of identity and residence. Examples include:
– Documents for identity only: passports, permanent resident cards, government/military ID cards
– Documents for address only: mortgage statements/deeds, rental agreements/leases, utility bills, bank statements, vehicle registrations.
– Documents for both: driver’s licenses, government ID cards

All Red Cross services, including financial assistance are available to individuals regardless of citizenship status, nationality, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, class, or political opinions. The Red Cross is a charity, not a government agency and people do not need to be American citizens to receive our help. Red Cross financial assistance is not a loan and will never need to be repaid.
